Katy Bowman

This is a great read on the basics of foot health by Biomechanist Katy Bowman. This was one of the first books I read yearss ago as I transitioned to barefoot shoes.

Scott Hogan

This book was super helpful in understanding how to improve muscle function & alignment through fitness.

This is a fun, customizable bundle with an essential oil, Frankincense Capsules to calm inflammation, Frankincense Stick for topical use, and the Deep Blue + Copaiba Stick for muscle/joint pain. Add or delete as you like. We will give you our step-by-step guide when you get your stuff!
