MELT Your Body

The MELT Method is a gentle mat based class focused on hydrating the fascia of the body.

We use soft tools like the MELT soft roller or MELT balls to target different areas of the body, relieving pain, stiffness, and tension.

You will leave class feeling like you've had a massage. The benefits accumulate over time creating lasting change and healthier alignment, less pain/stiffness, etc.

Block Therapy

Block Therapy is a technique that uses wooden blocks or other wooden tools to directly address stiffness and adhesions in the fascia.

We work in different areas of the body in a relaxed way, using the breath to guide us as we work.

This technique is more similar to deep tissue work, meaning we are seeking areas of tenderness and tightness (sort of a "hurts so good" type of work).

We focus on root cause of issues and work on the body as a whole.

Free Your Feet

Each foot of the human body contain 26 bones and 33 joints. A lifetime of tight shoes and flat surfaces lead to weak, stiff feet that no longer function effectively.

Weak stiff feet lead to alignment problems, knee, hip, back, and neck pain, and so much more.

Feet are the foundation of our entire body and alignment. This class focuses on waking up the feet, hydrating the fascia, improving mobility & balance, and strengthening the muscles of the feet and calves.

You will be amazed at the changes in your body & performance when you help your feet to move freely again.
