TYPES OF MASSAGE

SHIATSU

Shiatsu is a form of Japanese bodywork that uses localized finger pressure in a rhythmic sequence on acupuncture meridians. Each point is held from two to eight seconds to improve the flow of energy and help the body regain balance.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE

Also called prenatal massage, pregnancy massage is becoming increasingly popular with expectant mothers. Massage therapists who are certified in pregnancy massage know the proper way to position and support the woman's body.

REFLEXOLOGY

Although reflexology is sometimes called foot massage, it is more than simple foot massage. Reflexology involves applying pressure to certain points on the foot that correspond to organs and systems of the body.

Hydrate with Sole

Maximize Your Hydration with Solé

July 30, 20243 min read

Most of us know we need to drink more water. But staying hydrated is tough! It can feel like when we drink more water we just end up going to the bathroom all day. :(

How do we maximize hydration in a way that doesn't leave us running to the ladies (or gents!) room over and over?

Solé is an easy and inexpensive way to maximize hydration, increase minerals in your system, and so much more.

What is Solé?

Solé (pronounced so-lay) is a solution of water saturated with natural Himalayan salt. This pink salt contains 84 trace minerals and elements that are essential for our health, including magnesium, calcium, and potassium. When you drink solé, you’re not just hydrating your body with water but also replenishing essential minerals.

Benefits of Solé

  1. Enhanced Hydration: The minerals in solé help your body absorb water more efficiently, keeping you hydrated for longer.

  2. Balancing pH Levels: Solé can help balance your body’s pH levels, promoting better overall health.

  3. Detoxification: The minerals in solé can support the body’s natural detoxification processes.

  4. Boosting Energy: Proper hydration and mineral balance can help improve energy levels and reduce fatigue.

  5. Supporting Digestion: Solé can help improve digestion by stimulating the production of stomach acid.

How Do We Make Solé?

Making solé is easy and requires just two ingredients: Himalayan sea salt crystals and water. Here’s how you can make it:

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Put the salt crystals into a small glass jar (with a non-metal lid)

  2. Add filtered water to the jar, leaving some space at the top.

  3. Cover the jar with the lid and shake gently.

  4. Let the jar sit for 24 hours. After this time, check to see if all the salt has dissolved. If there are still salt crystals at the bottom, your solé is ready. If not, add a bit more salt and let it sit for another 24 hours.

  5. Once there are always some undissolved salt crystals, your solé is saturated and ready to use.

How to Use It?

To use solé, simply add 1 teaspoon of the solution to a glass of water and drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This helps kickstart your hydration for the day. You can also add it to your water throughout the day, especially if you’re engaging in activities that cause you to sweat more.

Tips for Best Results

  1. Consistency: Make solé a part of your daily routine for the best results.

  2. Quality Ingredients: Ensure you’re using high-quality Himalayan pink salt and filtered water.

  3. Listen to Your Body: Start with a small amount and see how your body responds. Some people might need more or less solé based on their individual needs.

Final Thoughts

Incorporating solé into your daily routine is a simple yet effective way to boost hydration and nourish your body with essential minerals. Give it a try and see how it makes you feel!

Remember, our bodies thrive on balance and proper hydration is a key part of that balance. Stay hydrated, stay healthy, and enjoy the benefits of solé!
